To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, all players are asked to follow the rules below.
The following rules apply to all players. Items 1, 2, 3, and 5 below specifically apply to no-rules servers. If there is any conflict between this page and in-server announcements, the in-server information takes precedence.
Do not engage in the following behaviors on Meow servers:
- Any form of discrimination, including but not limited to gender, race, profession, ethnicity, nationality, age, etc.
- Cheating of any kind, including third-party hacks, scripts, or abuses of administrative powers that create unfair advantages.
- Malicious conduct or griefing.
- Verbal attacks or harassment of other players.
- Playing pre-recorded audio over broadcast or spectator channels.
- Prematurely using lethal force against D-Class or Researchers (Doctors) before confirming they are armed or refusing orders. See the lethal-use table below for details.
- Stealing items processed by others at SCP-914.
- Cross-faction collaboration without shared interests — meaningless cooperation with an opposing faction is prohibited.
- Repeated maliciously obstructing your own team (for example: intentionally and repeatedly closing doors to block teammates).
- Forcing other players to demand new rules. Any conduct that excessively disrupts order or harms the game environment may result in penalty.
- This server recommends communicating in Chinese or English.
- Do not intentionally prolong rounds. The server will automatically trigger the Alpha warhead 30 minutes after the round starts — please manage time accordingly.
Do not use lethal force against D-Class personnel or Researchers (Doctors) except in the circumstances listed in the table below.

* See “Supplementary Notes” below for clarifications.
- Attack determination: Pulling a weapon’s safety or otherwise preparing a lethal device in situations where use of a flashbang or grenade is unnecessary will be treated as an attack.
- Faction encounter: “Encountering opposing factions” refers to meeting hostile faction members during mission operations (for example, MTF being ambushed by Chaos Insurgency while escorting a D-Class). If, in that scenario, the D-Class or Researcher refuses to obey orders, lethal force may be used.
- Dangerous behavior: If a D-Class intentionally lures SCPs or otherwise behaves maliciously, and that behavior is confirmed to be deliberate and repeated despite warnings, lethal force may be considered.
